Starting my career at the age of 17, I spent the first 6 years in the UK Umbrella and PCS market. Eight years ago, I moved into the international market and very quickly progressed my career to become joint MD of an award-winning international supplier.
I have a wealth of knowledge and my ability to quickly recognise and support my client’s needs have made me the go-to person for agencies needing international support. I have advised and supported leading recruitment business placing workers across Europe, Africa Middle East, the Americas and APAC.
Starting Mayfest means more to me than just a professional venture - it’s the fulfilment of a longheld passion. I have the opportunity to turn my vision into reality, creating something meaningful that reflects our values and dedication.

From the age of 16, I have worked in international contractor management, I quickly developed a passion for this niche industry. Having worked in every department before becoming joint MD of a leading international supplier.
I have gained extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of international contractor management, successfully building award winning service teams. My main strengths are operations, service delivery and business process management.
